About RCRA

RC Royals & Associates, LLC (RCRA) is a Complexity Management & Strategic Execution firm focused on helping organizations navigate complex challenges and turn strategy into measurable results.

Founded in 2008, RCRA has worked across corporate, government, workforce and economic development, higher education, and community environments. That experience has shaped an approach grounded in clarity, alignment, disciplined execution, and practical solutions that work in real operating environments.

Over time, RCRA has expanded that experience into proprietary intellectual capital, workforce solutions, Registered Apprenticeship programs, published works, and THE ROYAL WAY™—the firm’s framework for Complexity Management & Strategic Execution.

Our Evolution

RCRA was established in 2008 with a foundation in organizational performance, transformation, and execution. Through engagements spanning business, government, workforce development, and community environments, the firm has continued to evolve as the challenges facing organizations have become increasingly interconnected and complex.

That evolution led RCRA to a broader focus on Complexity Management & Strategic Execution—the ability to see across systems, align competing priorities and stakeholders, and translate strategy into sustained execution.

Today, RCRA brings that experience together through its consulting work, proprietary frameworks, workforce solutions, technology-enabled approaches, and intellectual capital.

Intellectual Capital & Innovation

RCRA transforms experience into intellectual capital, practical tools, and scalable solutions designed to strengthen organizational execution.

The firm’s intellectual capital includes THE ROYAL WAY™, its proprietary framework for Complexity Management & Strategic Execution; published works that extend and document RCRA’s thinking; Registered Apprenticeship programs that translate that thinking into workforce capability; and technology-enabled solutions designed to improve the execution of complex processes.

Together, these assets allow RCRA to move beyond traditional advisory services—turning knowledge and experience into approaches that can be applied, taught, replicated, and sustained.

Leadership

RCRA’s leadership reflects the experience, relationships, and commitment to execution that have shaped the firm since its founding.

Robin Royals — Founder & President

He is the creator of THE ROYAL WAY™ and the intellectual frameworks that underpin RCRA’s approach to Complexity Management & Strategic Execution. Today, his focus is increasingly on strengthening RCRA’s institutional capabilities, intellectual capital, and long-term continuity.

Her role reflects RCRA’s continued investment in developing the operational leadership and institutional capability required for long-term growth.

Built for What Comes Next

The objective is straightforward: create an enterprise capable of delivering lasting value through disciplined execution, continuous learning, and leadership that extends beyond any one individual.
